All orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

During busy periods, product launches or promotional events, processing times may be slightly longer.

Australian Shipping

We ship Australia-wide using trusted postal and courier services.

  • Flat Rate Shipping: $12 AUD

  • FREE Standard Shipping: Orders over $100 AUD

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Metro Areas: 2–6 business days

  • Regional Areas: 3–8 business days

  • Remote Areas: Delivery times may vary.

International Shipping

Loot N' Load proudly ships worldwide.

International shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size and weight of your order.

Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs processing and local postal services.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import fees charged by their country.

Tracking Your Order

Every order includes tracking.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery from dispatch to arrival.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly before completing your purchase.

Loot N' Load cannot be held responsible for delays or additional shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery is managed by the carrier.

If your parcel appears delayed or lost, please contact us and we'll work with the carrier to help locate your shipment as quickly as possible.

Damaged Deliveries

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the item so we can assist you promptly.
